U.S. Baseball Academy's Summer Training program is a great opportunity for players to continue their skill development in a fun-filled environment.

 

Camp will run four days featuring instruction during the morning focusing on hitting and defense. The afternoon session will focus on situational baseball games, competition drills, and a Wiffle Ball World Series. We will have prizes for winners and all participants will receive a t-shirt and camp certificate.

 

Morgan Counter, Head Coach, Ascend Leadership Academy will direct the summer baseball camp in Broadway, North Carolina, in conjunction with U.S. Baseball Academy. Baseball training available for players ages 7 - 14. Space is limited.

CAMP DETAILS 

The objective for our 2026 Summer Program is to give each player a championship experience over the four days of camp. Players will learn useful information teaching proper mechanics, techniques, and set up drills to use at home for personal skill development.

2026 CAMP INFORMATION

  • Dates: June 8, 9, 10, 11

  • Ages: 7 - 14

  • Camp Type: Day Camp

  • Schedule: 9:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Thursday

  • Check-In: 8:45am Daily

  • Lunch: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a sack lunch to camp each day.

  • Daily Baseball Instruction

  • Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours

INFORMATION PACKET

  • A detailed camper information packet containing check-in location, health/release forms, emergency contact numbers, and a checklist of things to bring will be available in your player account prior to the start of camp. An email will be sent 7 days prior to the start of the event but should be available sooner. You will find a tab labeled "Final Details" in your player account where we will load all required documents and details.

Camper Safety and Rules

  • NO HAZING of other campers

  • NO HORSE PLAY or fighting allowed

  • Respect other campers equipment and gear

  • NO TEASING of others

  • Be on Time

  • Wear batting helmets when hitting at all times.

  • Put YOUR equipment in YOUR bag

  • Only throw balls and swing bats when instructed

  • Have FUN, listen and work hard! The most important rule

 

What to Bring to Camp

  • Comfortable Dress. Shorts or Baseball Pants

  • Tennis Shoes and Baseball Cleats

  • Baseball Bat and helmet

  • Sun Screen

  • Drink is optional. Water will be provided

  • Batting Gloves if necessary

  • Any medicine you may need. See Coach Mo if special directions are needed.
